Here at CVS we are able to offer a hassle free MOT service. MOT is carried out by ourselves at a satellite site, this enables us to carry out a pre-MOT test onsite to ensure that the vehicle is ready to go straight through its MOT with exception to its emissions and its brake test that rarely cause an issue on a well maintained vehicle that is tested to the correct guideline.

We are able to undertake auto transmission replacements and able to arrange reconditioning of your existing unit or a replacement from our suppliers who deal directly with the leading manufactures such as ZF, Borgwarner and Getreck.

We are fortunate enough to have a state of the art launch auto transmission flushing machine which can transform the drive of your vehicle from having a simple flush and oil replacement. Our machine has a large range of adaptors to fit most makes and models and it also has a selection of adaptors to suit gearboxes that have an external filter such as DSG gearboxes.

Generally manual gearboxes don’t last the life time of a vehicle, we are able to offer a hassle free service if you do run into issues we can remove your gear box send it away to our specialist gearbox reconditioning company and refit it when it’s back. we are also happy to fit a second hand unit if the customer wishes to supply one.

We are able to carry out all aspects of welding on vehicles and machinery priding our selfs on ensuring the correct grade of materials are used generally speaking in fact thicker than the existing material. No job is to small or to big for our specialist welding department.

We are fully F gas qualified to work on air conditioning systems, we are able to test your system for major leaks using nitrogen,and diagnose the reason for a leak or the system not working. We are also able to offer a system clean and refresh on your air conditioning to get rid of smells in the cockpit as you often can get bacteria growing on the evaporator unit.

We have many year of experience in various types of vehicles one of our own personal favourites is restorations and repairs to vintage tractors and machinery. It is not a primary part of our business but we do try to please all of our customers needs, if this means getting our overalls on and getting dirty then so be it. In many cases this has required us to get involved with agricultural repairs. We are also able to carry out agricultural tyre repairs and replacements. We can do this on site or we can take the vehicle away and do it at our premises.
